A dedicated advocate for raising industry standards, Sergio has held leadership roles in esteemed organisations such as EURAMI and USTIA. Since 2018 he has been an active committee member of ITIC Americas, contributing to shaping industry discussions and driving advancements in the travel insurance sector. Throughout his career Sergio has spearheaded global partnerships, enhanced patient evacuation protocols, and delivered innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency, case management processes, and provider identification and utilisation.

Susan Yates
Susan Yates, Chief Customer Officer at International Medical Group (IMG), brings over 25 years of passion and dedication to the insurance and global assistance industries. Her career journey has taken her across continents, with significant periods living and working in Japan and Singapore, as well as travel to over 55 countries. This rich international exposure has shaped Susan’s understanding of diverse cultures and the complexities of helping individuals navigate global healthcare systems.
In her role at IMG, Susan leads a dynamic team across the US and UK overseeing 24/7/365 customer care, assistance, networks, medical transport, and claims services. She is dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction and driving efficiency initiatives within the company.
Susan’s commitment to service extends beyond corporate responsibilities; she actively contributes to the industry by serving on the boards of the Global Assistance and Medical Transport Institute (GAMTI) and the Transformative Leadership Program at Shenandoah University. As a frequent speaker at industry events, Susan shares her insights and expertise, further enriching the field and fostering collaboration among professionals.
Marc Banting
Marc’s career started with the company as far back as 1995, on the repat travel desk for Voyageur 24, before ultimately becoming Director of Travel. He is now Chief Operating Officer for the Voyageur Group. From his first ITIC in Global as a delegate in Nassau, Bahamas, and missing just two ITIC Global events since, he joined the moderating team in Athens 2023 and brings a new energy and style to moderating, and isn’t afraid to ask difficult questions, provoke debate, or laugh at himself.
Ian Cameron
Ian Cameron is the Founder of the Voyageur Group of which he is the CEO, and which also comprises ITIC, and he is Editor in Chief of ITIJ. He has been involved in events for over 30 years, and as Chairman of the Executive Committee, Ian has been instrumental in developing the ITIC community, bringing industry professionals together to network, share ideas and insights and build their businesses.
Mandy Langfield
Mandy Langfield is Director of Publishing for Voyageur Group. In this capacity, she guides the editorial policy of the company, and ensures the content of the magazines (ITIJ and AirMed&Rescue) is relevant, insightful and valuable to their readers. Furthermore, she is a member of all the ITIC executive committees, consulting with other industry professionals on agenda topics and speaker briefs.
David Ewing
David joined Jackson Health System, a world class academic medical center in 2021 as the International Program Marketing Manager. His responsibilities include growing the international market in Canada, Europe, Middle East and Asia. In addition, working with the domestic market to increase awareness of medical center service lines and increase referrals for specialty services.
David brings over 33 years of experience in the air ambulance/travel health insurance marketplace to the team, over 26 of those were spent with a large Canadian air ambulance operator, where his role was the development and growth of the international market and the development of innovative and collaborative products for their clients.
Currently, David is the Annual Conference Co-Chairman for the Travel Health Insurance Association of Canada (THIA). Alongside his fellow co-chairman and committee, source, produce and present an international conference well attended by members and guests on a yearly basis. Most recently producing virtual events for their members in response to the global pandemic.
Salvador Belilty Haro
Salvador graduated from Universidad de Xochicalco (Mexico) in 2011, where he studied Medicine. After concluding his career, he worked in Mexico City, where he developed as an emergency doctor. In 2014 he studied a master’s degree in Strategic Management of Health Organizations, with focus on hospital administration. He also practiced his profession and was named Medical Director of the Hospital Medical Center, in the city of La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico from 2015 to 2020.
In 2017, he founded the Medical Assistance Company LOGIMEDEX. Since then, he has dedicated his life and career to consolidate it as a benchmark in Mexico, offering world-class services.

Edmund Santiago
Edmund Santiago was born 1 October, 1960 in New York City, NY.
He got a bachelor and master degree in Actuarial Science at the University of Iowa, in Iowa City, Iowa.
In 1985 Edmund joined American Life Insurance Company as a Senior Life Actuarial Analyst, then worked in the International Division of Metropolitan Life Insurance Company in New York as an Associate Actuary, and years later was appointed Chief Actuary in the International Division of the highly recognised insurance company John Alden.
In 1995 he was appointed President and CEO of International Reinsurance Managers (IRM) in Miami, Florida, where he was able to identify and develop new clients and create business opportunities.
Edmund later became President and CEO of Redbridge Holding, LLC, where he is a major shareholder and serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of all Redbridge affiliated companies. He is responsible for creating a unique portfolio of products and services, known as the most diverse in the insurance market, offering profitability to clients as well as to investors.
Additionally, Edmund has been a member of the YMCA since 1968, and actively participates as vice-president of the Puerto Rico Overseas Foundation (Proof), and Chairman of the Emilio “Millo” Romero Cuevas Foundation, in San Juan, PR, both institutions dedicated to sponsoring academic studies to young students.

Gigi Galen Grobstein President and Owner of Star Healthcare Network which she Founded September 2002. Gigi is an influential player in the Medical Insurance and Cost Containment industry for over 40 years.
