For so many of us, mental wellbeing has been at the forefront of our minds during this unprecedented time. The global pandemic has lead most of us to work from home, presenting its own set of challenges.
Employees may be working remotely in isolation, teams may be expected to deliver similar levels of productivity and organisations may be rapidly adapting. With no time to prepare most employees for these new circumstances and challenges, the need to address mental wellbeing during Covid-19 is considerable.
With your health and wellbeing a priority, Global Excel Management invites you to join wellness expert César Gamio at ITIC Connected on Wednesday 4 November 2020 to explore a set of tried-and-tested best practices that will make the working-from-home experience enjoyable and productive.
This LIVE interactive webinar will review the key factors in workplace wellbeing, and examine these through the lens of Covid-19 and new ways for working. We will look at setting up the ideal working environment at home, managing relationships while sharing space, and organising days productively within a new environment. César will also explore the skill of fending off distraction, as well as effectively dealing with isolation from work colleagues. The workshop will leave you inspired and empowered to make positive change.
